FMP Company offers home delivery service for your purchases free of charge.

In providing this service, we aspire to serve you in a way that meets your expectations. We hope you provide us with a clear address to ensure fast delivery.

The address must include the number of the building, Villa or apartment in addition to the name of the street, city and postal code. Before placing your order, you must check the product specifications carefully and agree to the terms of sale described in the "shopping cart" and "product details, inventory and prices" paragraphs.

Aramex home delivery is a "door-to-door" service in most cases, but we apologize for not applying this service in some cases due to the limitations of the delivery company or due to some local laws. In agreement with Aramex, our delivery partners, we reserve the full right not to deliver the order to a person under the age of 18 upon delivery of the product. The device will be returned to the company's headquarters in case of non-receipt or non-response to the phone for a maximum of 3 days.

Shipping charges for home delivery service are calculated according to the selected shipping plan. In case of failure to deliver the order due to an error by you (including but not limited to - typing the wrong address, typing the wrong name), you will be charged an additional fee for resending the order.

Payment

The website offers the possibility to purchase products or services through the website (online) and pay the required amount online by using credit cards. All cash transfers and payments, including licenses and financial benefits, must be in Saudi riyals.

Our payment system includes several payment methods/ forms:

For online payments: we accept credit cards (Visa or MasterCard only) for cards issued by Saudi banks only through the portal of our banking service provider.

In the case of online payment, the customer will receive a notification on the screen as soon as the payment is accepted. We bear no responsibility if a payment is rejected or cancelled by the credit card service provider for any reason. You should check with the bank providing the credit card service about the reason for the rejection.

We do not save your credit card information on the website. All information and details that you enter through the electronic payment gateway are encrypted for the purpose of security protection, and correspondence circulating to and from the service provider's website is also encrypted.

We do not provide any payment information made through the site to other companies or individual parties unless requested by an official legal authority. This information is processed by our payment official.

You must ensure that the information about your credit card that you use to pay for the electronic services is correct, valid and accurate, and you must use the credit card that legally belongs to you. Your personal information will not be used or shared by the e-services with any third party except to verify the legitimacy of the information and not to be falsified or when required by law or Sharia regulations or at the request of the court. 

The online service will not be responsible in any way for credit card fraud. You will be held responsible for the use of fraudulent credit cards and you will be fully responsible for proving that they are not fraudulent.

If we are unable to provide the order or part of it, we will inform you directly. All or part of the amount paid by the credit card you used to pay the order amount will be returned. Your use of the online payment service of our website constitutes your implied consent to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any of the items of these terms, please do not use this service. 

Cancellation of the Order

Cancellation of the order by FMP Company: 

FMP Company shall reserve the right to cancel the order for any of the following reasons: 

Refusal/ non-acceptance of payment

In case the delivery address given by the customer is wrong or the contact information is wrong or in case of not being able to reach the customer.

The customer does not show up or is late for more than 14 days to receive his order paid via the internet (online).

Cancellation of the order by the customer:

To proceed with the cancellation process, you must contact us first. You can cancel your order for any of the following reasons:

In case the order is not delivered or shipped to you. If the cancellation takes place after the order has been shipped or sent, you will be charged a cancellation fee. We reserve the full right to match the time your order was shipped with the time you sent your cancellation request.

When requesting the return of the product, the product must be in good condition, closed, packed and without any blows on the box of the device, provided that the shipping cost is on the customer (the buyer) and the value of shipping which is 35 Riyals, will be deducted from the amount of the return invoice.

Return of the paid amount

A request for return and cancellation of the order is to be made; and after accepting the return request for the product, the amount paid will be returned to the same card account within 10 working days.

We reserve the full right to limit the number of items selected per person, per household or per order in the "shopping cart". The capacity of the shopping cart is limited to four (4) main items and the maximum quantity of each item is four pieces/ products.

The order identification system applies to items ordered from the same account or credit card as well as orders using the same shipping address or billing address. We will send an alert to the customer in case the material identification system is applied to his account.

Details of Products, Inventory and Prices

In our constant efforts to provide accurate and comprehensive information about our products (such as product availability, prices, product specifications, illustrations and technical characteristics) and to provide comprehensive information about the services, we may encounter some typographical errors.

Maximum accuracy is observed in displaying the colors of the products on the website, but what you see of the colors displayed on the website depends mainly on the settings of your screen and this is outside the scope of our authority as we cannot confirm with certainty the color settings used in your screen.

The posting of details relating to products or services (including but not limited to: marketing bulletins, advertisements, commercial offers, magazine offers and small publications) on the Website is not a guarantee of the availability of products, offers or prices, whether through online shopping or directly at the exhibition.

Some errors may occur during the process of providing the product or service and providing detailed price information on the website. The website cannot provide you with individual product prices or the total cost of the product or service until you have delivered your complete online order. In the event that a product or service is ordered and billed and the price is incorrect or the information is incorrect because there is an error in recording the correct price or product or service information, the website may either contact you to clarify this error and how to deal with it or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. If your order is accepted and followed up electronically, the total cost will be charged to your credit card account and we will notify you by email that the payment is being processed correctly.

We strive to offer you the best prices on the website as well as all our exhibitions, however there may be some difference in prices between the website and the prices at the exhibition.
