Warranty, maintenance and repair

The manufacturer guarantees factory faults for 24 months as of the date of purchase.

  • In addition to the following conditions:
  1. The warranty is valid only in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The warranty only includes phone hardware without accessories and fixtures and without misuse.
  3. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or use of non-genuine applications or software.
  4. The warranty does not include equipment that has been maintained by a third party other than the authorized maintenance centers.
  5. The warranty does not include devices that have been subjected to shocks or attempted disassembly and damage caused by irregular electric current or natural disasters or gradual damage caused by moisture and dust or exposure of the device to direct or indirect liquids and in such cases or if found that the device is not repairable while trying to maintain it, the agent will not be responsible for returning the phone to its original condition.
